SYNOPSIS

The Tibetan community's Special Meeting in Dharamsala, India was held in November, 
2008. Around 600 delegates from around the Tibetan exile community, including a 
number of very recent refugees had voted to continue with the Dalai Lama's Middle 
Way policy. 

In this video His Holiness the Dalai Lama speaks to the delegates of the Special 
Meeting.
